When we decided to build and open Gothenburg we were worried about getting in a Chef that could understand what we were trying to achieve and deliver the quality we demanded. We are lucky enough to have secured our Head Chief Lorna Haddon who created our ideal menu with the flair and flavour we had envisaged.
Gothenburg will evolve its menu to suit seasons and reflect new ideas. Each menu we have will be the culmination of hours spent perfecting each dish before submitting it to the panel of all staff members for critiquing. We have several dishes lined up that have us quite excited. We are confident you will like them too.
